Underwhelmed
Went into expecting more due to the fact that it is owned by the reputable Eric Ripert. Food was adequate but not amazing. Drinks were very expensive. The decor was beautifully romantic but the noise level coming from the bar area put a damper on it. It was ok.

Disappointed
I'm a huge Top Chef fan so I was very excited to go to Jennifer's restaurant. I was very disappointed. Everything we ordered was WAY too salty. But besides that, the food was fairly unimpressive. Nothing surprised me. Oh well.

Expected so much more...
My brother and I decided to go to 10 Arts for lunch because we knew that Jennifer was on Top Chef and we were so proud! It pains me to write this, but we had a really bad lunch there. I ordered the club sandwich and my brother got the cobb salad. Both of our dishes were so salty that, literally, my brother could not finish the salad because it burned the top of his mouth. We are salt lovers and it takes a lot for us to experience a dish that is too salty. In addition, the ambiance was so-so. 10 Arts is in an open area and to go to the bathroom you have have to walk across the hotel lobby. That was a little weird. After spending $50 on lunch we were not too impressed. Sad! I have heard that it is better for dinner.

Top Chef Top Restaurant
I am the biggest top chef fan. So this review may be biased. My husband and I went for my birthday and to my surprise it was on a wednesday night and happen to be during the top chef viewing party. I had mixed reservations about it because you are paying a pretty penny, but at the same time I love top chef. I even got to meet Jen. Well, I have to say it didn't disappoint. It was a great experience. The specialty martini's are aweomse (Repear). Our food was great and service impectable. I would go again.

oh my god the food, so so good
my husband and i eat out almost everynight in the city and we decided to give 10 arts a chance. we were amazed at how good everything was, i mean everything! we had the salmon ceviche and grilled spanish octopus and were fighting each other to get more. the salmon was unbelievable so fresh and light; i have never had octopus so tender before. the country terrine with pickled watermelon n grilled sourdough best in the city! stripe bass and steak frites both cooked perfectly and so flavorfull. i can't wait to get back there and eat more. a lot cheaper then we thought too - big plus! service needs a little help though.

awesome lounge
i've been to the bar/lounge several times now, and i've always had a fantastic time...very upbeat and cool atmosphere, service is great, and food is awesome with a great selection. we also happened to hear about and take advantage of their "cupcakes and champange happy hour", and the red velvet cupcake is the best i have ever tasted! of course i'll be returning soon, espcecially for the cupcakes.

noisy, overpriced and pretentious
Tasty but very small portions. A bit pretentious for Philadelphia. A wine list featuring $14-$17 by the glass wines that aren't worth $6...Very noisy and generally overpriced
