Beyond disappointing
We ordered a late-night pizza, all very hungry and expecting something halfway decent. It looked so bad we took pictures of the pie we received..pizza was soggy, cold, wrong toppings, probably the scraps left from earlier that day. Embarrassing attempt at pizza to say the least. Definitely the poorest food we ever ordered..let alone pizza. If you want to be disappointed with food and customer service go ahead and order here.

Not Chicago style
Pizza was good but VERY falsely advertised as Chicago style. It's focaccia bread with cheese & sauce on top. Delivery took 90 min and pizza was warm at best when it arrived. I think dining at the restaurant is the way to go for this place.

Best experience is when it didn't even show up
Really the ONLY reason to even attempt to order this pizza is because they are open late. I waited 2 hours for a delivery that never showed up, and it was the best pizza I ever had there because I woke up and still had the $25 they were going to charge me for a large pie. You better off throwing white in the toaster oven with Prego sauce and american cheese. You have been warned.

Usually good late night pizza
I usually order delivery late at night and it sometimes it takes a little while longer than normal. They have a very busy pizza parlor going on there at night so i sympathize and appreciate their service. 1 am extra cheese pizza is something nice hehe :-) The pizza is usually on the better than average side, definately better quality and fresher ingredients than many other places in Philly. It's definately "good pizza." heh Only gripe has got to be a long delivery wait and a very infrequent cold pizza... which sadly is understandable at that hour and comes with the program. (The delivery guy definately uses one of those heat trapping bags, so it's usually pretty good). I actually got an incorrect order one time and the owner (i assume he was) sent me a free pizza. I really appreciated that.

poor service
The pizza isn't bad. the toppings are good, but could be more generous. really poor service!

be prepared to get overcharged
ordered on a thursday night - delivery took an hour, pizza was cold, they forgot an item off the order then charged me $17 for one medium plain pizza. absolutely ridiculous. and when i called to find out what went wrong with the transaction, i just got called "sweetheart" ten times and received a meager apology. will never order from here again, and suggest you don't waste your time with their delivery either. i've had better experiences here in the past, but such a bad one negates everything!

Great late night spot for food...
The pizza is top notch, true hand tossed italian thin crust, great variety, great price, great people.. and they deliver till 4 am, nice.
