I been going to Accu since it was on 47th street . I stopes because of the service and the quality of the food. I try to give them another chance every now and then, but after this weekend, they we never see another dime of my money. I hope the management reads these reviews because I know he's losing a lot of money. I know I won't be back. You need to clean house!

Food was acceptable. Lady working on orders and check out has a major attitude problem and is definitely bad for the business. Nobody spending their money should be subjected to her snooty attitude. A smile and willing approach to service customers is not asking too much. There are too many other places a customer can go for much better service.

I've been going to Accu for years since I grew up in the neighborhood. The pizza is really good but the females on the register/phones all have bad attitudes. They better keep their pizza shop jobs bcause not to many employers are gonna put up with bad customer service.

Sometimes the pizza is great. And sometimes they will give you a day old slice hidden under a freshly cooked slice. When I brought the slices back the 'manager' said "That's how we do it." Never order slices with toppings unless it's from a whole pie. They sprinkle the topping on a slice of cheese, heat the piece up and call it a day.

ACCU is located on the tip of University of Penn's campus in a diversified neighborhood in West Philly. The Frontline staff always greets me with a smile and friendly service. I've had poor service at Delancy Pizza and MIMMOS. The pizza is rediculous, the steaks are large and very tasty. The hoogies are fresh and neatly prepared. I have not tried the rest of the menu, but so far I am impressed. Some prices are a little higher than other places in the area. The only place that has better pizza is DOC STREET, I mean nobody can beat the brick oven at this micro brewery. Don't get me wrong, ACCU is "Doin' what they do!" They are always my first choice. If you are in the area between Market and Baltimore from Penn to Cobbs Creek, you have to go to ACCU for your Pizza, Steak, and Hoogie cravings. Trust when I say "It's good in the hood at ACCU".
