Always Loved Acropolis
Ahhh,yes. Acropolis, a very good place with excellent food. I use to lived in Fishtown till about 18 years ago and my friends and I would go to Acropolis especially after we would go barhopping up & down Girard Ave and get the late night munchies. Acropolis is a place I recommend to anyone who lives in the area or just visiting.

a neighborhood favorite
Amidst the pricier cafes and bars with gourmet fare cropping up in Fishtown & Port Richmond, thankfully the Acropolis is still serving good food at a reasonable price. Their mac & cheese is divine, coffee perfectly brewed, and servers utterly charming. (Plus, dining in this comfortable atmosphere while the neighborhood folks argue over the topic of the day and prattle on about local gossip...well, that's just an added treat!)
