Ok delivery
Just had to mention. Order the gourmet pizza. It's to die for. Pickup if possible cause it gets cold fast. Fresh mozzarella and maranara. Other food is good to but lousy atmosphere.

Poor Service
I've been ignored while standing at the register by the girls behind the counter multiple times. I've called for a cheese pizza and got asked if I was ordering a "cheat" pizza (What is that?). The pizza isn't bad, though I've waited over 30 minutes for a pizza. It's right near my house, which is a shame.

first time
This was my first time eating from Alessandro's and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Shrimp fra diablo and it was excellent. ( including the garlic knot).The price was reasonable and they gave me more than enough food. They were genorous with the shrimp and it was very very fresh. I just wished that they grilled the shrimp instead of flambeeing it. Anyway, the cashier was friendly and helpful and there was not a long wait for my food. My only compliant would be that the some of the tables were not cleaned off immediately after thecustomers left ( which was a slight turn off for me) but I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will most definitely return and try other food that they have to offer. Overall, a pretty decent meal with tasty ,quality ingredients at a good price.

Awful girls on tills
The food here is fantastic, especially the pizza and the cheesesteaks. I'd rather spend time thinking about the good points however I have to mention the rude people taking the orders. Whether on the phone or in person, they ignore you when you try to ask questions, they half pay attention and therefore make so many mistakes. At one point I went five times in one week and each time they made some sort of small or large mistake. It's to the point now that I'd rather go elsewhere and eat slightly lower quality food than stand and deal with those ignorant people!

Not Always Worth the Wait.
The food from Fairmount started out really good. But as time went on and we used them more on a regular basis, they got sloppy. They started forgetting to send things, or getting orders wrong. Also, the food just wasn't consistantly good. They have terrible french fries, but probably the best turkey special in the city.
