Allegro Pizza

These guys get my order wrong at least half the time and the delivery guys act like its a big ordeal for them to just come up to your apt. On the other hand, the food is pretty good for this type of joint and they are open late. I am still looking for a place with good food that has decent service. Until I find such a place, I still order from these guys.

I have to say, great value, decent food, customer service could be better. We are regulars, and we order big, but we are always left with a poor customer service experience in some way. Price is great though, and we will keep ordering, we will just tip to equal the service...

I also had a similar experience where the driver wouldnt get out of his car. this was really annoying bc i had already stepped into the main lobby in my apt building and if i had gone out to his car, i would have needed my keys to get back in the front door meaning i would have first had to run all the way back up to my apartment for keys. i just stood there and eventually he came up and was unfriendly, which did upset me as i always tip very generous (used to also do similar work so i appreciate good food service.) and it was a prepay tip so he knew i took care of him, he could have at least been friendly. i ordered pasta, maybe thats a risk from a pizza place but i had to do lots of doctoring before it tasted decent.

Althought the food is great, their service is awful. The drivers are extremely impolite and sometimes don't even get out of their car to give you your food. They have also messed up our orders, sometimes twice in the same night on the same order! They even refused to give us a refund after getting the order wrong twice!

I'm new in town and had no food. This place took care of us with only a few bucks out of our pockets! Amazing salads and wings, and delivery was prompt.
