I like diners, and I like meatloaf. The meatloaf was, at best, tasteless. The mashed potatoes were, at best, worse than instant potatoes. I could have had a frozen dinner which would have been better. There are much better diners in the area. I will not return.

We went for breakfast and were impressed. We decided that we9my wife and I0 should celebrate an occasion with a dinner there. The waiter looked bored and was uncaring. I ordered a Greek combo which tasted old and freezer burned.I was DEFINATELY celebrating its own anniversary. My wife's food was equally unenjoyable. How can brekfast be a dream and the dinner such a nightmare?

Went to Andy's for mother's day with my friend and his family. I wasn't so sure about going to a Diner or mother's day, but I was pleasntly surpised! The waitress was wonderful! She made room for a wheel chair and waited on us right away. The salad bar was great which included 3 types of soup, which were all delicious! The chicken noodle, seafood bisque and matza ball. And the bread was to die for! It has some kind of cheese in it! I had chicken parm which was cooked just as I like it, but by that time I had to get a doggie bag to go home! Everyone enjoyed their dinner and the service and our waitress was the best! She was friendly and entertaining! Even though she was busy, it didn't seem to bother her. I can't wait to go back again and try something else! And eat more of that bread and soup again. Then they even gave all of the women a white rose for mother's day!

After running around and doing some shopping with my wife we decided to have aite to eat before going home, instead of preparing something after we got home. It was getting late and we hadn't had any dinner. I was looking forward to a nice meal out with my wife. We had dinner here last night at about 9:30 PM (Tuesday) It was the poorest meal I've ever been served. I ordered the ribs and chicken combo. It was BURNT and unedible. My wife's seafood combo was dark brown around the edges as well, however she said it was edible. Not only did he claim the food I was served was "perfect", he attempted to charge me $8.99 for the salad bar. I've had many good meals at Andy's and a few times there were minor problems with the food. If he had appologized for the burnt food and asked me to pay the $5.99 that a side salad would have cost if I ordered it with a meal that did not include the salad bar I'd have gladly paid for it. I left a tip that was equivilant to my meal and my wifes at the rate of 25%. He looked at the receipt and said; "you're only being generous because you got a free meal."

Went for dinner. She ordered calves liver and onions - a diner favorite. She asked for well done - crispy - with no gravy. The dish came swimming in greasy gravy - with cold mashed potatoes. Waitress never checked back so we flagged down a busperson who took the mashed potatoes back to the kitchen and returned with a replacement dish - equally cold. I ordered flounder stuffed with crabmeat. This dish too was not hot and the filling was just seasoned bread. Accompanied by foil wrapped way overcooked baked potato with a tiny sealed container of sour cream. Soup and salad are self - serve. Soup was sea food bisque and was flavorless. Salad bar is watery lettuce and a few shards of cucumber, green pepper, onions and canned red beans. We noticed that several tables around us were complaining about the food being cold - and the harried waitresses were bringing many dishes back to the kitchen for re-heating. Dessert is also self - serve and consists of goopy inedible puddings of several colors.
