average
Wasn't as impressed with Acqua as some of the reviewers. had a nice spicy soup. The meal wasn't bad, it wasn't great. See no overwhelming reason to return.

Love this place!
We love this restaurant. It's the whole combination of friendly service, good food, decent prices, and nice atmosphere. Plus there's a great parking lot right next door. We particularly love the Roti appetizer and bacon wrapped shrimp. Every dish we've gotten has been good. We've been able to establish a good relationship with the staff and have even met the chef. For dessert, don't miss the Kaya stuffed crepe with coconut ice cream. Delicious!

Good Food, just wish portions were bigger
I really enjoyed but food, and prices were very reasonable. I just wish the portions were larger. I love the Thai Ice Tea

I love this place
The people are very nice and the service is quick. I love the Thai lettuce wraps, Capitan Noodles and the Mango Chicken. I think the price is fine and the portions are what one person should eat for a meal. The food is tasty and portions appropriate.

The Greasiest Noodles in Town
We had 2 different noodle dishes, take out during lunchtime. The lady on the phone was nice enough, but I can't say anything remotely similar about the food. It was bland as could be and just the greasiest food I've had in a looooong time; and in Philly, that's saying a lot (I love me some hot wings!). Anyway, this food had absolutely no flavor, was waaay overpriced for the quality and it took 3 washings to get the grease off my hands; still trying to get a spot off my desk a week later.

Think Again
i agree with MP, this restaurant's menu is similar to one of Penang's and Banana leaf in Chinatown. The difference? Aqua's portions are smaller than the other places with no difference price. If you want your money's worth, then it's best to go to Banana leaf. Also, the food quality @ Aqua is an effort but not as good as these other places. The service was excellent though.

Great food, great price
Great food, especially for the price. (Not sure what MP is talking about - the food is really affordable, especially compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Also, Chinatown is north of Aqua.) Service is friendly enough, and they're generally accommodating of special orders. I can even bring my picky friends!
