Great food..
Great place...will definitely go back. One of the better italian BYOB's. Appetizers (risotto and halloumi cheese) were really nice and very different. The penne arrabiata was also well made - tomato sauce was really fresh. Didnt get too deserts but they looked really good. Good atmosphere - noisy and lively place. Good place to meet up with friends - not a place for a quiet dinner (atleast not on weekends). Service was fine as well, especially given that it was a Friday night.

Good food, great playlist!
This place was fantastic. This was my first time dining at AC, and despite its mixed reviews (some claim its hyped-up), I was extremely happy with the experience. Having lived in Greece, I always miss the refreshing, clean, simple dishes that are part of the mediterranean diet. AC really hit the spot. The food is elegant yet it doesn't try too hard. I recommend the grilled salmon. Plus, the music they were playing in the background was awesome!

Downhill
This used to be one of my favorite BYOBs in Center City, but the food seems to have taken a turn for the worse. The menu used to rotate with some frequency, but it seems to pretty much be the same as it was a year ago. Our food was oversalted at our last two trips (which is sad because it was previously perfection!). Thankfully, the homey feel and good service are still a plus.

Love It Here.
I love this place to bits. It feels like a slice of the East Village. Always have a wonderful evening, and haven't brought anyone there who hasn't adored it as well. You're nuts not to go.

Food is great
I honestly don't know why people are knocking this place. I've had good and bad service, but the food was *always* very good and worth the price. I've gone several times and plan to go again soon!

too much hype
What's all the hype about? The food is sub-par and the service is so-so. If you sit outside, the service is even worse. The only plus - while waiting for a table they let you open your bottle of wine.

Good Mussels but poor service
It was my first time here, and i must say that the mussels were wonderful. i then ordered their pork chops which were way too salty, our server were not on top of things. For the price i'm paying I expect her to be at least nice. They really need some kind of training.
