Not worth the price
I paid $4.31 for the Protein Power which is egg whites and 1 1/2 strips of turkey bacon. The sign is misleading and says 3 strips of bacon but they cut the bacon in half so you don't get full strips which is ridiculous. Never again will I waste my money on breakfast at this establishment. I will walk 2 1/2 blocks to the restaurant on Market Street for a breakfast platter. I wish I was able to upload the photo I took so you can see exactly what I got.

Overpriced, poor quality food
I work in the building so Bagel Factory has a captive audience when the weather is bad. The food is overpriced and quality is poor. Service level is inconsistent. There are many other lunch options available in Old City. I'd only go here for an actual bagel.

another option
it's nice to have another lunch option in Old City, which has almost no lunch options. the bagels were decent but not awesome. i got a pizza bagel that was kind of paltry but still tasty. one thing -- it came with a bag of chips but no one told me it did. so when i went back to buy a bag of chips, she remembered me and said "these came with your sandwich." big points for having lots of soups on the menu.
