Bain's Deli

I used to love Bain's at Liberty Place. Although pricey, the sandwiches were delicious - served on fresh bread, lots of meat, and always a pickle on the side. I just went to Bain's to grab lunch and am thoroughly disappointed now that I've returned to my office. First, they were out of diet coke when I was there. Second, the bread is not fresh and there are 4 small pieces instead of the 2 large fresh pieces I expected. There was barely any turkey, the cheese I had requested was not on the sandwich, the sandwich fell apart in the bag because it was not wrapped properly, and there was no pickle despite my request. I was the only customer there. There is no excuse. If I didn't have such a busy day I would go back there and demand a new sandwich. Instead, I'm going to get something out of the vending machine. Thanks for nothing, Bain's.

I come here for lunch everyday. The deli meat and bread are fresh. Theres usually a long line, but it moves fast. It's really the only healthy option in this food court.
