Best dry rub & BBQ sauce I've had in a long time
Amazing food! The owner is one of the nicest people I've met and man can he cook some ribs! Don't expect to sit down and eat at this place, but do get some take out. I'm not a fan of the cornbread (I think traditional s Carolina cb is unsweetened) but there is nothing else to complain about. I hope they do the double-rubbed chicken again, but that may have been a one time deal. May be the best BBQ in Philly.

quality bbq - as good as down south
i've had alot of cookout food and bbq food in my day from across this great country. i'm not going to say this is #1; BUT, it is the best tasting bbq in philly (pulled pork is what i had) since i was in new Orleans or Atlanta. Please try this. sweet but still tangy the way good bbq should be. the meat is quality - not drenched in sauce or dry.
