Overcooked meals
what a waste of a satruday night. the owner has their whole family there, with little children running around. we got there at 6:50 and did not leave until 10:15. service was horrible. chocolate souffle for dessert was rock hard. $20 for a martini glass full of blueberries. 5 of our six meals were returned because they were all overcooked. when we questioned the owner, she said, we have a big party and are busy. then bring in extra help to accomodate. the prices are high with no satisfaction. you would be better off going to any place other than here.

Don't waste your money!
Upscale prices in exchange for poor service and atmosphere. Food quality was not the issue the food was decent, although it's debatable whether it was worth the price. However, the service was very slow. It began with a 10-minute wait for our menus, followed by 20-minute waits between each course. In addition to the slow service, we were deliberately placed at a table in the worst possible location, despite the fact that there were quite a few empty tables where they could have put us, and that we had made a reservation well ahead of time. Let me just clarify that I am not normally the type who cares about table location or requests a specific table, so in order for me to complaint about or even notice this it has to be bad. We were placed right near the server's station, which involved constant activity and yelling back and forth between the servers, and also near a large group that included several (very poorly behaved) children that ran back and forth past our table during the entire dinner, and almost knocked things off our table during the dinner. Not my idea of a pleasant, relaxing Valentine's day dinner. I do not expect management to control commotion at a server's station and I understand that there is only so much it can do about unruly children, but they could have placed us at one of the other empty tables rather than the worst possible table. Don't waste your money.

tasty but a lil overpriced& pretentious
Food's pretty good....portions are kinda small for the price. And service can be a bit snobby. Still, it has class...

We loved the place!
A great place with beautifully decorated and delicious food. Everything was just perfect. We had a company of 11 people and everyone was extremely satisfied. We love the place and can recommend it to everybody. Do not forget to try their tiramisu - it's the best I ever tried!

Highly recommended
The best homemade food you can ever find in philly. Its worth every penny that you work for . The prices are fair but the food is amazing! My favorite is the rack of lamb and a crispy calamari with mushroom sauce. In addition you should come on tuesday for sushi day buy one get one free specials. i can not wait to come back.
