    What happened?

Have eaten here before, sadly BOTH orders of mussels were sub par. (overdone or over heat lamped) On the plus side the fries were very good. PS Lived in Belgium 16 months.

    Great spot

I just noticed this hadn't been reviewed in a few years, but I went here about a month ago and had a great meal, with great service, at what I thought was a great value. $9.95 for a very generous portion of mussels and frites...how can you go wrong? There was also a wonderful beer list with lots of fun, unique local options. Our server was great and knowledgable about her menu and beers. All in all, a win!

    Loud, pricey, but good food

We visited for the first time on a snowy Friday night. They nicely put us in front of the fireplace, but that also put in the pub, which has a very high noise level. Bisque was exceptional, but at $10 a bowl ... Yikes! Rest of the meal was very good, but it was simply too expensive for what we got. They need to lower prices in this economy to get repeat patrons.

    We love it here!

This is a great local place to grab a beer and their brunch is fantastic!! Their menu is a bit small, but the beer list more than makes up for it. The mussels are really good and they buy local which is a plus. Service is friendly and quick and they are very vegetarian and vegan friendly!

    Great beer

Sampled their fall beers. The pumpkin ale was light on flavor, however it paird well with the sweet potato hummus. The ambience at the bar was fantastic. Low key bar, good people.

    Good for brunch or beer

I occassionally go here for a "fancy" breakfast when I want to take a relative somewhere nicer than a diner. They have great coffee and I love Croque Madames. Their beer is also good, extensive, but a bit pricey. I ate dinner here once. The food is ok but too expensive to come back often.
