    Great beer

Sampled their fall beers. The pumpkin ale was light on flavor, however it paird well with the sweet potato hummus. The ambience at the bar was fantastic. Low key bar, good people.

    Good for brunch or beer

I occassionally go here for a "fancy" breakfast when I want to take a relative somewhere nicer than a diner. They have great coffee and I love Croque Madames. Their beer is also good, extensive, but a bit pricey. I ate dinner here once. The food is ok but too expensive to come back often.

    Disappointed again

We moved into the neighborhood and were excited about having this restaurant closeby, as we are big fans of Monks. After eating there 3-4 times we have finally taken this off our "go-to" list for good. Not only a bit pricey, but on our most recent visit we ordered the fries and they not only came out last (our entrees were long gone), but they came out so burnt it was offensive the server brought them to our table. They were replaced, but a bit too late. A friend ordered a chicken entree with vegetables and the chicken was very bland and the pureed veggies were unidentifiable. Save your money.

    Service with a smile

I love this place, their service is what brings me back to this place every single week. Only draw back is that it's hard to find parking around the area. Bar is always packed. Great beers! Everyone should try an Allagash 25oz!

    Disappointing.

The food prices here look affordable, until you see the plates. Portions are very small, and most items are extremely bland. The "smoked duck" in the duck salad was actually a grilled breast marinated in liquid smoke - disgusting. In addition, beer prices are outrageous - $7 for a 6 oz draft beer is just plain greedy. While Tavern on Green was nothing to write home about, at least they were reasonable in their pricing, and tried to stay a neighborhood place.
