My Favorite Pub!
I typically go to this pub once a week for drinks and food. I have never had a bad experience. The food is consistently great (the veggie burger is amazinggg), the atmosphere is cozy, good beer on tap, and a nice crowd. Hands down my favorite pub in Center City!

Service issues
Was trying to enjoy a football game with friends. I'd been to Black Sheep in the past and thought that it would be an ideal spot. Horrible mistake. While I was getting off a barstool, the busser told me to "come on, get out of the way, man" so that he could head outside and light the cigarette already in his mouth. Have worked at multiple restaurants and never seen a guest treated this way. Once we finished mediocre food and non-fresh pints, no one cleared our plates away for 30 minutes. We were only a party of 5, but the waitress added a 20[%] gratuity to our check. We explained the siutation and that it was clearly not worth it, but got nowhere with the cover-my-own-butt management. I'm a Philadelphia resident that lives close by, but won't be going back.
