bad experience
i can't think of a time when i had a worse meal. everything was poor quality, no taste, and mediocre service. So disappointed.

Excellent food, Excellent service
Very happy with our experience at Bliss. The people were friendly, the food delicious and the service outstanding. Have already recommended them to others visiting Philadelphia.

The Kobe burger was cooked perfectly. The best burger I've had in a long time.

The black pasta with lobster was out of this world. Best happy hour prices I have found in Center City.

A little hip-spot
Don't go just for the food....or the chic, chic service....this place is all about the ambiance (which is worth a trip). The martini menu also offers a yummy treat!
