Disappointing
Fish was under cooked, shrimp looked like someone bit it, staff not friendly

i love seafood,however i love and expect professional service first,please retrain some of your staff to be more professional

Amazing SeaFood!!
The south street location has the best Crab Cakes Ive ever had in my life. I usually dont eat crab cakes but their's is the best ever. I just order to orders of it and side brocolli and potatoe or corn. LOL. I do wish the table swere a lil bigger only because of the amount of food they give it becomes very crowed. The prices are right and the kid menu is the best. My son loves the applesause at the end of his meal. Please keep up the good work!!

food was delicious, service not as good though
the food was absolutely delicious, but the service was slow... fried shrimp were great, will be going back!! yummy

service and food are not the same @ all
Fairmount loc. is the best, the food & the service the 52nd food is good but service is always unfriendly and they never have everything you want to order. South street is the most subpar food but good service and nice seenery. De is tasty also. I just want to say great restaurant guys,keep up the good work Fairmount!

fantastic
i ate from bottom of the sea when it first opened on Fairmount Ave, I live really close... so i was buying their food every Friday, awesome! just awesome food! now that a couple years have passed, they are starting to slack off... sometimes it seems like a spoonful of garlic butter sauce on the crabs, sometimes my corn is burnt and the dungeness crabs portion looks smaller. please stay on top: you still have your regulars loving your seafood!
