Not impressed....at all
Just not that great...or really that good, a little pricey but it's main st or off main st so I guess they can charge what they see fit for the area. I had the southern fried chicken second choice because they were not serving the short rib this nite(Sat),I expected fried chicken not a fried chicken cutlet w/gravy mashers and brocolli.It was not tender,not anything special at all for 20.00 just uninspireing,not traditional southern fried.Also had soup chicken/corn 7.00 but again not that good spices were off somehow and watery.My wife had the jambalaya and was not impressed very spicy,1 shrimp,1crayfish and very small pieces of meat they could have added some nice chunks of meat ,but maybe that's to much to ask for at 22 bucks.We did enjoy the lobster mac-n-cheese but 12.00, come on.Maybe I just expect to much when I pay 20 for an entree or maybe I just want to say WOW that was really good and feel like I've gotten my monies worth no matter what I pay. No where to park ,nice looking bar/restaurant area and live entertainment downstairs which we did not stay for and nightly happy hour food and drink specials

Best in Philly
The food is excellent, and service is great and the people are a pleasure to be around. One of my favorite fives in Philly! This place is a most for people who enjoy great food.

Outstanding!
The food here is fantastic. I've never had a bad meal, and I've tried just about everything on the menu. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is so friendly. It's keeps me coming back...
