Good Soup!
I've tried 5 different soups from Brodo. They are really good. The only negative was that the clam chowder was a tiny bit gritty. If they would clean the clams better, it would be perfect. Go with Chicken Noodle. It tastes homemade.

Found my new fav lunch spot!
I have been to Brodo 3 times since discovering this sleek new cafe a few weeks ago. I really enjoy the ability to have a salad-sandwich-or-soup combo for lunch and Brodo hits the mark on all three. I have tried a few of their soups (cheesy chicken tortilla is delicious). The cashier had remembered me on my visit and she was super nice. She got me signed up for their "soup group" and I look forward to going back soon

Brodo working out kinks
Brodo is a great new concept and I welcome another lunch option. Their food seems to be a step above some of the local players. Their service was rough around the edges, to say the least, the first day I went there 5/8. I did come back for lunch today (5/11) and the employees behind the line seemed to be a lot smoother, and I got my meal quicker! I will add this spot in as a weekly regular to my lunch option if they can keep up the good service I had today
