Brown Betty has some of the best cupcakes I've had. They have inventive and down home flavors which always satisfy. The cupcakes are large, tasty and the decor as well as the packaging they use give that boutique flair. However, the one thing that has deterred me from this place is the service. Everytime I have ever gone into this place and as I live in the neighborhood it has been many I have been treated as well as witnessed others very rudely. I have also made special orders on more than one occassion and the last time they were so unfriendly and were very annoyed that I wanted to order more than 1 flavor that I actually went elsewhere for my desserts. Basically, if you run in and grab a cupcake and just that then you will probably love the place. But if you need more than that the visit is not worth it because you will feel that your business or more than not appreciated or really wanted. My advice for them would be to improve their customer service. Then they really would be top notch.
