A Free Cupcake?!
I was walking around Center City with an out-of-town friend today when I spotted the truck. I only had a buck on me, so I walked by, remarking to my friend that I'd heard good things. The owner, Kate leaned out and said "Want a free cupcake?" Initially I declined, feeling guilty for taking her wears unpaid, but her response to the offer of my dollar was "I'm like a drug dealer- a free cupcake and you'll be back for more." And boy was she right. I'm not usually big on sweets, but that was a hell of a good cupcake.
