    unpleasant service

I have lived in Old City for a long time, and I thought that I liked this place - that is, until one morning, when I went there to study with a friend. We ate breakfast and had coffee. spent about $30 between the two of us. The food was so-so, but the coffee was good. We were studying and were asked to leave because the place was getting a bit busy. Most of these people were spending $2 for a cup of joe and wanted to sit and chat over their drink, which is fine. The trouble is, we were there first, and we had been there for less than an hour studying. At any rate, I won't be going back anytime. Old City Coffee is just around the corner and they have never asked me to leave.

    Cafe Ole was my life

Excellent food, great friendly service, and a great atmosphere. I highly suggest this place for a little bit of relaxation before or after work! My recommendations would be the vegetarian platter as well as their homemade soups... so delicious. I practically lived there before I switched jobs and I miss it in my life!

    Best spot in Old City

This is a wonderful place to hang out, eat, BS with some friends. The food is really good and it's pretty cheap. No prepackaged crap here, fresh foods just made, real ice tea, basically the way more places should do foods. Also the atmosphere rocks, tons of people go to do work as well since there's free wifi. Basically I see everyone in the neighborhood by hanging out here each day for a bit. The people that work there are always really sweet.
