Disappointed
My first time at Campsos--read great reviews in Zagat. Overpriced, tough meat, small portions. There are much better cheesesteak places in Phila.

Definitely no "SKIMPING" here
I ordered hoagies here on Monday (10/31) This was one hoagie maker whose arm did not get tired using the slicing machine. The hoagie was PACKED with prosciutto and other goodies. My turkey reuben was also loaded with turkey. The quality of the meats used was very good and their prices are very reasonable for what you get.

Disappointing
8.50 for the works sandwich? Overpriced and overrated. Meat was definitely chewy, sandwich is small and - NO FRIES? wassupwitdat?

Dissapointing
First of all COME INTO THE 21st CENTURY and take a CREDIT CARD or at least a DEBIT card... even MCDonalds does... steak was good.. drinks expensive... 2.34 for a regular soda is too high.. atmosphere is dull.. small tables.. staff not too friendly.. I would walk a bit for a better value especially if you dont have CASH....

Best Cheesesteak in the city
Campos is the best cheesesteak in the city. Their hoagies and apps are also great. Go and enjoy.

Best I had in the CITY
Had a Cheeseteak yesterfday and thought it was the best I had in the city. Went back today and had something called the Stockyard. It had steak and chicken and bacon and a few other things it was amazing. We have nothing like this back home. I will be back on my next trip to Philly or maybe just have them shipped to me. P.S. staff couldn't have been friendler, made me feel like I was in my mothers kitchen.

Awesome
This place is great! The food is great, the staff is so friendlu and helpful! the Bathroom is the cleanest I had ever seen. The Grilled Ruben and mAc and Cheese are sleeper. Don't miss out on this place. The cheesesteaks and meatballs are mouth watering.
