Surprisingly good food court Jamaican
Despite being a food court stand in the Gallery with service that seems like they'd rather be anywhere but there, Caribbean Delight makes the best Jamaican food in Center City. More to the point - one of the best cheap lunches in Center City. Beef patties, jerk chicken, oxtail and rotis that are way better than you'd expect outside of Flatbush or Kingston.
