We had our company holiday dinner here. Reservations were made a month in advance - verified three hours before due to head count changes. They were not ready for a party our size (seated at 7:30), and stuck us right by the flaming kitchen. One side of the table was too hot the other side too cold with flashes of fire every few minutes blinding them. The service was poor. When one guest knocked over a drink we all mopped it up with our napkins and the server never seemed to notice until we asked for more napkins. The response was "Oh, are these wet?" The appetizers were cold, one guest who is allergic to peppers asked for plain noodles when she discovered the brocolli is served with peppers and received noodles with peppers (for color, I guess). Two of the desserts were not brought out and when we asked for them, we only got one of them. I have eaten at Carraba's in other locations and had pleasant experiences. If they could not handle a large party (17 people) they shoud have just said so and we could have gone somewhere else and kept our favorable impression of this franchise.
