I have eaten at chains in my life, and I would like to say, that carabba's is one of my favorite. I would much rather a "mom and pop" diner with homemade food, but, I really like carabba's chicken parm and marsala. we normally go to the allentown carrabbas.

We just left this restaurant and must say it was one of the worst experiences we ever had. We ordered 3 spag dinners and one eggplant. It took us 45 minutes between salad and our dinner to be served. We ate at their counter and upon sitting there seemed to be some confusion as to who our waitstaff would be. After ordering our appetizer and receiving it we had to track down our waitress and ask for a fork. When we received our salads they were on a desert plate and looked to be drowned in dressing. We received maybe a handfull of lettuce with alot of onion and the tomato in mine was rotted. My husband and daughter ordered ceasar. Theirs was not much better. They also received a mere half handful of lettuce (iceburg) with tons of dressing (no cheese or croutons). We waited 45 minutes and 3 glasses of tea later we received our dinners of spag with sauce and eggplant. The spags had little to no sauce so we had to ask for more (by the way the wairtress agreed) and the eggplant was mushy and tasted wrong. The pasta with the eggplant was overdone and startchy. The spag's tasted of dishwater even with the extra sauce. It was the worst ever here. We have eaten here many times and unfortunately this was our 3rd mishappen dinner. I am done we will not be returning. It is a shame that the manager in charge could not improve his staff or menu. Although I will say our waitress seemed genuinely sorry and did in fact agree with all our problems buy hey she just works their. (By the way the manager he was right there at the grill. But apparently something more important came up because he just abandonded the grill. After 5 minutes someone noticed the grill (the man in charge of stacking clean dishes) he went on grill. How is that for service. I will say we have also eaten at the Willow Grove restaurant and will say we have had nothing but great service and the food was excellant. Of course this is one family's opinion but I feel others will be following. Sorry Carraba's but you have seen you day time to move over.

The Chicken Bryam has to be the best entree I ever ate at a chain restaurant. This never dissapoints. Great sangria, btw.

On Street Road so it's near all the office parks. Good meals for business lunches, there are no surprises, price is ok. Service could be better though.
