Cheng Hing

The people who give this place a good review are completely unaware of what good delicious Americanized Chinese food taste like. I am from NYC so I know the deal and this is not it especially compared to other Chinese food takeout in the area. You have got to be kidding me when you can't even cook fried rice correctly. Two thumbs all the way down. People need to get out of the suburban bubble more often.

I've been a patron at Cheng Hing for many, many years. I've tried other Chinese places in the area, and in comparison, they are worse. Even now that I'm grown and moved out of the immediate area, I still will make the drive back to Cheng Hing when I get the hankering for Chinese. Warning: once you've had their Lo Mein, you can't order it anywhere else, because no where else can even compare.

I ordered food on the phone and the lady that picked up was screaming like I offended her by making the call. She sounded so impatient that I felt guilty for making the call. I guess she was annoyed by a fellow worker but that shouldn't be transfered to customers. The food was good as usual BUT the customer service is an EPIC fail.

I think that the food is very good, but there is little ambiance to the restaurant itself. If you live in the area I highly recommend it for take out.

I go to cheng hing because the food is GREAT ! The resaurant is clean and the staff is friendly .

Read the title of my review. It's good COLLEGE food. Not good food. It works for when you're hungry.
