The experience was delightful, the food was amazing and the dessert was over the top! It was a great way to help bring in th new year.

The perfect romantic spot in Philly!
I was looking a spot to take my fiancee out for a romantic dinner. Talking with a few friends, Chez Colette came up. This charming French brasserie, 1920's style atmosphere really impressed us. The service was not only professional but also personable. The sommelier gave us some great wine recommandations. The food was just a delight, especially the seared fois gras! My finacee had the pork chop, which she just loved! We will definitely come back!

great brunch
We had a lovely, comfortable brunch on Sunday. The food was very fresh and well prepared.

Service Issues
I dinned at Chez Colette for restaurant week and will never return. The service was poor and the food wasn’t much better. If you must dine at the hotel, the bar is a much better option.

Poor service ok food
Ambiance was very nice, the rabbit terrine was some kind of gelatinous meatloaf type thing and our server had no idea what he was doing, we were there for restaurant week and he forgot that there was a third course, he just brought us our check after 20 minutes of waiting for dessert and after i told him about it, he questioned if that was on the menu or not, i will never go here again, on a lighter note, the lamb was delicious, very tender and flavorful but the mashed potatoes were just a lump of starch with little to no flavor

Chic and noisy
I attended a luncheon at this restaurant and while everything was good, particularly the service, the chicken was a little greasy and the decor of the restaurant leads it to be a little noisy.
