good food... crabfries are great... fun place. and very popular, it is packed like rats when games are going on.

Great Scene
Chickie & Pete's is a great place to just hang out with some close friends, or even a slightly more intimate scence. The bar is overwhelmingly huge and the bartenders can any concoction you could dream up. The staff is friendly and complacent. The food is great, and definately not overpriced... plus, they have the TOWER OF BEER! Absolutely worth trying!

Don't Drink & Park
Used to LOVE to go to C&P after going to a game. However, 1 time after a Flyers game, met up with some friends and I stayed until closing. Knowing I had drank too much at that point, I decided to call a friend to come get me didn't want to drink and drive. Pull in the parking lot the next morning before work around 5:45 AM and guess what Chickies had my car towed. You would think with all the drinking and driving awareness campaigns - they would have been glad I didn't drive. After all, if I drove and was in a wreck - they could have been sued as well I. They did continue serving me just as much as I continued to eat and drink.

The crabs are TOPS!
its a bar so the atmosphere is fun. If your not a sports fan for a philly team dont bother to go in on any days a philly team has a game. I think it has a great menu that exceeds expectaions for a typical bar, the crabs are the absolute best although the mussles are good too. I would also recommend the milky way drink its heavenly:)
