Just checked the new Garces spot last friday. Great food and cocktails. Very sexy and hip atmosphere. A couple of my favorites were the hiramasa ceviche, lomo saltado, and the flexible chocolate dessert. Great place for a date.

My friend and I looove Amada and Tinto and have been meaning to get over to Distrito, but when this new Cantonese-Peruvian spot opened, we wasted no time. We went on a whim last night and I'm sooo glad we did! The food was delicious and the decor is fun, lively, and beautiful. Chef Garces was eating a few table away from us and I couldn't help but tell him our meal was delicious on our way out. This is a MUST TRY. I'll be back over and over.

latin american/chinese fusion sounds wierd, but the product here is great. The rolls at the beginning...unbelievable. had a couple of the ceviches, lamb empanadas, lobster noodles, yuca fries...tapas style food. everything was wonderful. A little pricey but well worth the visit. excellent addition to philadelphia!
