eh, it was ok... just ok, the wait was way too long for just ok, service and food just ok...

Never again.
Today was my third and last visit to Chili's of Jenkintown. The two previous visits were neither terribly bad nor amazingly good, but today was execreble and I will not return. Our server was nice enough, and continued to keep us supplied with chips and drinks, but over 30 minutes passed before we were informed that there was no bread for my daughter's grilled cheese. Fine, I said, change it to quesadillas. Another 10 minutes went by, and neither quesadillas nor the other orders appeared. All we were having was soup and salad! The food finally came, and soup was stone cold with a raft of congealed cheese on it. I sent this back, but the second bowl was not much warmer. I ate it because I was hungry and desperate to get out of there. We complained politely, but were offered no breaks on the bill - just apologies and cold soup.
