my last time
First we ordered an appitizers and they came out cold. We sent it back and they said they would remake but instead they just reheated the first one. When the manager saw that he went crazy. One steak we order rare came out well done. Another steak was so poor we sent it back and they cooked up a new one that came out so raw. The veal parm came out drench in tomato sauce. It was a very very subpar meal. This is the second time for me at Chops and both time not good food so it will be my last time.

Saved from chain restaurants!
What a pleasant surprise to find Chops within walking distance from the Crowne Plaza. Very good food, especially the Riffy Salad. Excellent service and we ate there 3 nights in a row - all equally enjoyable.
