Chumley's Steak House (CLOSED)

dinner for 7. all meals were lukewarm. My daughter ordered steak mg.e eatinedium and it was perfect pink. My son and husband ordered porterhouse med rare and they were not the least bit of pink. quite well done. We waited a while for food and were very hungry so we ate the food. And by the time the waiter came back, we were done. We told him about steaks and...he offered us free dessert. Two other people were helping the waiter, were not wait staff. I wanted chilean sea bass but its no longer served. One of the sauces we wanted was not available. And a wine we ordered also was not available. We asked for more bread and hot tea but did not get it. Overall, the food had such great flavor, just dissapointing not cooked the way it was ordered. We drove 33 miles to come to the restaurant and would love to come back if we knew things would be different, and with more care, especially for the prices that were charged. I hope that this is useful and can be used to correct the matter.
