Always a wonderful experience
The dining experience begins with a warm greeting at the door. The quality of the food is matches anything found in Center City. The decor is calming and elegant. Since my father passed away; our family has made dining at Cin Cin a Christmas Day tradition. My wife and I eat at Cin Cin several time a year and have never been disappointed.

Disappointed
The last time my friends and I dined at Cin Cin I was disappointed. My girlfriend did not get what she ordered, the chicken dish at best was fair. I wonder if they have changed chefs. I will try again and see if it was just a off night. However, it has really gone down hill. It used to be the place to go years ago and always looked forward to it. To bad

Cin Cin has really slipped
Ordered take out last night. Then entree was very sparse and the shimp were very small and over cooked. Cin Cin used to be a great place. However the past three times we had dinner from or at Cin Cin were progressively disappoining. I will never go back to Cin Cin again for anything other than Won-ton soup. I think it may be time for Cin Cin to go away.

Poor Quality of Service
Among one of our dishes we ordered was seafood in a basket. We pointed out to two waiters that the lobster in the entree was spoiled. We did not receive an apology, an offer to replace or any other compensation. We were very disappointed. This was our first time via family recommendation. Absolutely astonished at the poor quality of service.

...Not What It Used To Be...
I haven't dined in or gotten take out from CinCin since I moved out of the area. The food and ambience were both great...back then. Not so much anymore; we had take out tonight. Part of our order was incorrect; I returned it to receive the item I originally ordered. At any rate, we were allowed to keep the other item; my order was sooo bland, salt and soy sauce were of mo help. It will be a very long time, if ever at all, before I order from there again.

Always good
Many family event diners were truely enjoyed by everyone. Good food, good service.... But not perfect. We had a bad bill after sitting at the bar waiting for a table. Bartender screw up with another patron. Pain to fix the credit card. One problem in all the times we have been there is OK.
