If Only Service Matched the Food Quality
Fantastic food. Extremely poor service. It's not uncommon to wait over an hour for pickup. Delivery can take even longer. I order a lot and my order is wrong 30% of the time. If the food wasn't so good, I'd have found a new Thai place.

Best authentic Thai Food
A very clean place! Food is as good as it was in Thailand, if not better! Good food does take time and it is well worth the wait! I give this place 5 stars!

Good Food, Not Delivery
I've ordered from this restaurant a few times. The food usually takes an hour to 1.5 hours for delivery. The food however is fantastic. I've been banned from delivery after 1 incident where I feel asleep waiting for food. The guy came back and was paid; however, apparently 1 mistake and you're done...

don't even think about delivery
Food is amazing- best Thai I have had in the city. But you have to go there to eat it. It is now 10PM and we have been waiting 2.5 hours for our food. It's not that good.

great food very disorganized
i have ordered there on a regular basis. food is delicious but unless i go pick it up and inspect it before i leave there is always something wrong. well not always but enough to write about it. people on the phone are always short and rude. just ordered tonight and would bring me a order of pad thai when i live 4 blocks away. unless i meet there new 15 min. delivery. its really good food but i suggest pick up if you dont want to get suckered. which i did! ill prob have to microwave food when it gets here cause it will take so long.

Rude over the phone
I have order from circles 5 times. I put up with the rude phone service because the food was ok and there is no other thai in the neighborhood. But overall they are over priced, rude and the food is inconsistent.

Done ordering from here!
I've ordered from Circles (delivery) since they opened and dealt with their long wait times and poor service on the phone because I liked their food. Today I called (after about 6 weeks without ordering) and he tells me that there is a $15 minimum order for delivery. My menu says $10 minimum and I've always ordered less than $15 with no problem. His response was that this was an old menu and unless I wanted to order $15 I was out of luck!! They wouldn't even honor the order this time and give me a new menu. So much for long standing customers who have always tipped far over 20%. I'm done with Circles.
