    Awesome in Philly

I first tried Continental in the Atlantic City Location then decided to try try the one in Philadelphia both locations the food was wonderful but they have different menus. When in Philadelphia the waiters where more consistent then in A.C. and friendlier and I tried the cheesesteak eggrolls which was like a modern spin to a city favorite and i tried almost all the desserts and by far my favorite was the restaurant made cotton candy. Bring your friends or family whoever you bring they are guaranteed to have a great time.

    Great Place to Relax!

From the moment I first stepped into The Midtown location I was hooked. My boyfriend and I do lunch and dinner. I rarley get an alcoholic beverage because I am more of a stiff drinker rather then watered down drinks. The waiters are so nice and helpful. The menu has some exclusive titles that you may never of heard of, but the food is great. The best dessert is the MIdtown Monkey!! You gotta try it! All in all you will not be sorry you visited this resturaunt.

    Great tapas bar, plus more

I absolutely am a fan of the Continental Midtown. Like this location much better than the Old City location. Food is always great. Have visited a number of times and each time food has been excellent. Be sure to try the BBQ Quesadillas, Thai Chicken Skewers, and Lettuce Wraps and you will be well pleased. Go for the atmosphere and the tapas. Only downfall, desserts are less than spectacular but inexpensive. I have gone here with as little as two people and as many as ten and the bill has always been reasonable. I have introduced so many people to the Continental Midtown and all have loved it. I stay far away from the Old City location, two loud and food quality is sometimes inconsistent. Best bet so you won't be disappointed...Midtown location.

    Good food, acceptable service

Food and drinks are great, but beware of the drink menu, mixed drinks have hardly any alcohol in them. I frequent Continental Midtown quite a bit and the service ranges from excellent to rushed.

    Good food, loud noise.

Food is a bit above average. Noise level so high that everyone seems to be yelling. Not a place for good conversation.

The Restaurant That Saved Chestnut St

The Chestnut Street branch of the Old City standby offers the same fare and cocktails as the original and a slightly more posh crowd. But it could be so much more... The outdoors bar is nice, however.
