Service was non existent, the bar and drinks were horrible and the food was good but not great ... and all for a fairly pricey check. Great idea, great space, but obviously Starr is not up to executing this well. Maybe he should reconsider moving beyond his traditional brick and mortar restaurants!!

It's a great idea, and the view is spectacular, but ... The food was pretty good, but somewhat pricey ... especially for a buffet, but the service was just poor. Maybe we just had an incompetent waiter, but even so, no one else on the management team seemed to be paying any attention either. The glasses were dirty (at least the busboy removed them before filling them with water). It took forever to get our drink order. The coffee was cold, and the desert was not worth the wait ... and the bill ... well ... in spite of asking for the check, it never came. We finally tackled the waiter and shoved some money at him so that we could get to the show. Oh ... I forgot the mention the 15 minute wait for people that already had reservations. Great concept, but still needs a lot of improvement!
