This was a good choice...
The food here was really good. We got here hungry and didn't leave disappointed. The selections were many and played on standard deli expectations. The owner was hands on and it was obvious that he was excited that we were talking about his food. Keep it up this is food to tell nana about...

the chicken soup here is the ONLY reason i would ever come back--everything else is tasteless/over-priced.

Food not so hot
I was looking forward to the pastrami sandwich I ordered. It was the worst I've ever had! Not only extremely fatty, but no taste whatsoever. and instead of 3 latkes, I got two and they were not too hot either. A disappointment.

Amazing
I have lived around the center city area for quite some time and I was plesantly suprised when Delicatessen opened. It was a twist on traditional deli food and the menu is also balanced with old favorites. My omelet was amazing and the waffle fries and latkes are out of this world. I know I will be at the deli all the time!!!
