Being from New Orleans and having attended this restaurant I expected a great deal more. It was no attempt by the waitstaff to make things go right when there were no ribeyes available. When you go to Del Monaco's you expect able to get a ribeye. Very very disappointed in the management staff has no clue about what the wall and service is all about. For the seminar here and invited the doctor on the reputation and it was very embarrassing.

We ordered out steak medium, when it came out it was like a sponge- and only the middle had a little pink color. If you are looking for a good steak go else where.

The restaurant charged my card 2 times for our dinner. I have called the manager and their accountant for 4 weeks in a row and the issue has yet to be resolved. Since they are ignoring my issue and not crediting back my bank account i had to call my bank to refuse payment. Because of their poor customer service and for acting like crooks we will never dine at Delmonico's again.

This was a return visit for my group. The atmosphere was very New York style (which we loved). Prime rib was huge, and delicious, and veal chop Marilyn was very tasty, and ample. The supplier for the bread should be changed. The bread was far from the quality of the food. The carrot cake loooked wonderful, but it was not moist enough, and looked much better than it tasted. Would like to return, but maybe the bread, and pastry chief need some help!!
