We have eaten at Devil's Alley in the past. We did not expect much in the way of "atmosphere", but the service was sssssslow, REALLY slow. The coffee, muffins, eggs and potatos were lukewarm or stone cold. They did not know how to make a side-car, and when informed of the recipe, announced they had no brandy, nor cognac. This place was so-so the last time we went ... we will not make the mistake again and return.

I've only ever gotten takeout and twice the pulled pork sandwich was excellent. First time with the awesome home cut fries and the second time with a side mix green salad with balsamic dijon dressing. Def gonna plan a night to go and sit in.

Great place to hang out, and eat good food. Great staff. Awesome atmosphere! The chili is some of the best I've had, and don't even get me started on the devilish downstairs bathroom...

Food and atmosphere were amazing. It was the first day for Philly beer week and devils alley had a special prefixe menu with beer pairings. We opted for menu items instead and everything was very good . A must is the short rib sliders!

Good food, very well prepared, mediocre service, poor seating, lousy atmosphere unless you're young and drink, or are deaf.

We went there with our 2.5 year old for on a Saturday for lunch/brunch. It was a good place to bring a kid because it is loud and they have the perfect sized very delicious cheeseburgers for kids. We had an order of BBQ wings and a Dry Rubbed Ribs -- both were delicious. Service here is very friendly, very attentive and welcoming. Will be back! Worth the ride from NJ!
