    Outraged!

I had the poorest experience ever at this establishment. The food was good and the waitress was pleasant but the owners, as well as the cashier, were disrespectful. I was given my bill today for one amount and then the cashier rung it up a different amount. When I asked about why I was being charged a different amount, I was told the initial bill was incorrect, yet no one communicated that to me before charging my credit card. I asked to speak with a manager and when one of owners was approached by the cashier, he said "I don't have time to talk to her". As I was not satisfied, the cashier called the other owner to address the situation. She approached me disrespectfully and did not even ask to hear what my complaint was. Once she finally heard my concerns, I also addressed the nasty attitude of the cashier. She proceeds to confront the cashier with me present and asks me to tell the cashier what my "problem" was. The owner clearly had no intentions on even apologizing for what the cashier did and did not address the disrespect of her cashier.

    vegetarian meal

Even though Tom and Diane's is a soul food restarant I can always go and have a soul food vegetarian dish. Mind you they love the butter but that is why i call it soul food veggie. try the vegatable pasta dish it is a good value and enough for two or three leftovers my friend loves the fried eggplant. the atmosphere is always pleasant and friendly. You get a lot for your money.

    Great food,for a small price!

The experience was excellent. The owners came out and interacted with all customers, including children. The only issue that needs to be adjusted,is the wait time for the finished product(food). The owners stated, everything on the menu is made fresh, and nothing is heat and served.I was fine with. But,in this fast world, everyone doesn't want to wait 20-25 minutes, for a meal.Other then that, I recommend this restaurant to all.

    Exceeded my expectations!

I can't stop raving over this place. Just wandered in on a Saturday night just before close time. Was seated without a problem. The food was the best i've had. Very comprehensive menu. Love the vegatarian options. To top it off, the owner comes out and asks how everything is. We had a wonder experience and plan on making this our frequent spots. I've already told about 20 people already!

You won't be sorry you ate there.

The food is great. I highly recommend. If you are having an affair of any kind why bother to cook. They deliver on time and the food is excellent.. You won't be sorry.

    Great food

The food is quite good, it does take a long time for it come.. But it is worth it... the Stir-fry is excellent, the salads are great.. and have a big sweet potato...
