I ordered the elevation burger coffee shake and fries. First, the idea of the restaurant is great. I love the organic meat. A great burger consists of 3 components, the meat, the cheese and the bun. The meat was tender but seriously lacked seasoning. Some simple salt and pepper would have done. The bun was too small and got incredibly soggy, I had to eat my burger with a fork and knife! The cheese wasn't bad, but really only cheddar as a choice? My shake was delish and the fries were average. The service was pleasant. Every single worker was polite and kind, which is difficult to experience sometimes in other establishments. When it comes down to it .. When burgers are the main item on your menu, you just gotta get it right! This was a miss for me. Rethink your bun and add some seasoning in the meat, and I would return.

Ate at Elevation Burger today and didn't realize it till an hour later that I just had a Burger, Fries and Shake and don't feel like could die. The food was great, burger just right with toppings. The Balsamic Mustard was unique and tasty. Fries crisp, could've used more salt but great. The shake was thick and tasty. I got a coffee and strawberry and enjoyed every moment of it on a chilling January Day.

I ate here one day and I can honestly say that I have had much better and probably cheaper burgers and fries elsewhere. The worst was the fries which they cooked in olive oil and were greasy and bland. The burger wasn't so great either.
