Express Breakfast & Lunch

Express is a great place for fresh, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The cashier is not rude. She is working in a fast paced EXPRESS lunch venue. Hello? She does her job and does it well. If you want to be fawned over eat in a restaurant and get waited on. I am there for the food, not the one minute I am with the cashier. I frequent this place at least 2-3 times a week as does my office.

Not bad for stopping in to get prepared food if you don't have a lot of time. But, beware, the cashier is rude.

I am a daily customer at express, I have always been treated kindly by the management staff and the cashier, and the kitchen staff. Un like the negative review from krista, maybe she had a bad day, and should not be so eager to speak negative about hard working people, who only want to satisfy the customer. I would recomend anyone to stop in and grab a bite to eat, for breakfast or for lunch.

I am a frequent customer of express breakfast & Lunch, unlike the negative review, I have always had a pleasent experience at express, the satff is always fun to be around, always try to be pleasent, and helpful at all times. I would recomend this place to anyone who is looking for a quick bite to eat. Stop past and enjoy

I am an employee working in Two Penn Center Plaza where Express is located. I frequented Express about three times a week for breakfast and/or lunch. I will now never return to Express because of the rude service. At 9:00 a.m. I was second in line to purchase oatmeal. Apparently, the register did not have any $5 bills. The person in front of me paid with a $20 and was asked if he had anything smaller, and was then told he would have to receive all $1 bills in change. I then handed her a $20 for my $2 oatmeal at which point she loudly huffed at me, banged her hands on the counter and barked at me "come back with it!" Stunned by how rude she was, I said "what?" and she again barked "come back with it." Not even waiting for a response she began ringing up the person behind me. Perhaps if she would have politely said "i don't have change, can you bring the money with you the next time you come in?" or "would you mind waiting for change?" I would have gladly said yes. Instead she decided to treat a paying customer with zero respect, all the while making herself look like completely rude. This is not the first time this cashier has been rude to myself and other paying customers, and she has the audacity to sit a tip jar on the counter.
