Famous Dave's

I am a regular dine in guest and also use Famous Daves for regular catering events at my place of business near the Roosevelt Restaurant. The staff goes out of their way to make our experience fabulous and the food is always delicious, authentically smoked and their menu has grown and changed to offer something for everyone! The food is fresh, the restaurants are clean and well staffed. The catering services are exceptional and I love that we can dine at Famous Daves with friends near our home as well. They make the best smoked beef brisket anywhere in the Philadelphia region and their ribs really are top notch. Besides the Brisket, Ribs & Roasted Chicken, I absolutely love their new spicy mac n cheese & the firecracker greenbeans. There's a reason they're so FAMOUS!

Just is no longer any good...what happen???Very disappointing

When Famous Dave's first opened, my family and I ate here often. The food was great and the service was swift. However, in recent visits (the past 4) our experiences have been less than pleasant. We kept returning in hopes that the restaurant we had come to love would return to its original spledor, but our experiences have gone steadily downhill. Our servers are too immature and inexperienced. To be more precise, they are more concerned with socializing amongst themselves than with meeting the needs of their tables. Our drinks were always left empty and our food came to our table cold. If we asked for extras, such as more paper towels or a side of mayo, the servers consitently forgot to deliver. After too many disappointments, I've decided to give up on Famous Dave's.

The best fall-off-the-bone ribs served quickly with the best service. Hasn't failed us in 10 visits.

Make sure that you try the beans!
