Great Hole in the Wall!
This little place has got to be the best cheap food in Philly. The cheesteak are excellent, served with fries and soda for $5.25! Last time I was there I had a "costillas" special that was short ribs in fantastic sauce -- spicy -- with delicious tomato rice and refried beans, we're talking a lot of food, with a fantastic LARGE fresh squeeze orange juice and a small salad, for under $10. Everything seems really fresh and tasty. Waitress knew almost no English. Bathroom was clean. Best deal on S. 9th Steet, not even close.
