Great Service!!
Always great food in a short amount of time! Even when the delivery man forgot a soda I ordered he came back with two! So nice and considerate.

Grilled Chicken Hoagie = win
The food is good when they don't mess it up.. The pizzas are good, they have the crispy burger king-like fries like I love and the grilled chicken hoagie is always great. I don't like the ken's honey mustard though and wish they would just make their own. Once my fries came soggy w/ the mustard already on them. Same w/ a veggie stromboli I got. They either ran out of fresh peppers or didn't feel like slicing them cause the whole thing was full of pickled peppers. Mistakes w/ orders are frequent too.

Disorganized, poorly prepared, expensive
Ordered on St. Patrick's Day (Sat. night) about 45 min before closing time over the phone. Put on hold multiple times and had to repeat order (was told "hold on we need to get organized over here). Fair enough I suppose for a weekend holiday but seemed like they were clueless. Told us food would be there 45min later (after closing). "Large pizza" was no bigger than a standard medium (if not small at some places). Very greasy and cheese layer was one giant hunk on crust. Taste was ok , somewhat cardboard with thick cheese on top but soft. Sauces was sloppily applied under cheese so layers of cheese fell off and sauce everywhere. For late night drunk food it was acceptable but kind of bland. Two friends ordered the "buffalo chicken platters" basically chicken fingers slathered with cheap hot buffalo sauce. One order was missing sauce. Both came with cole slaw that looked about a week old and soggy fries. Fries could have been a day or two old so soggy. Pricing was on par for area (10 bucks for a "large" that was really medium/small) and 8-9 bucks for subpar chicken and fries. First and last time eating here probably, the place was disorganized, food was poorly prepared, and no value for money. Cosimos is much much better right nearby.

why is this place still in business?
Been a resident of CH for 6 years and moved between Cosimo's and Fiesta...Cosimo's hands down better pizza and value. What happened to Fiesta? Pizza's like cardboard, absolutely no flavor and why is a pizza with 8 slices...small...$20? Never again...they're on there own.

Delivery Guys are Awesome
The food at Fiesta is the best of its kind available for delivery in the area, although not always the best value. The delivery guys are awesome. They are the quickest of any of the places I've ordered from, and they are always polite and friendly. I don't mind paying a little extra for the excellent service I receive. OH - and their omelettes are fabulous!

Too Bad the Food is Good but the Service/Delivery is not!
I have been a patron of Fiesta III for over a decade and have loved the food. However recently, I have been provided with a lower quality of service. There has been at least 5 to 6 times in the last 2 months where my order was made incorrectly and not to my specifications...When I mentioned my discontent, I was confronted with a defensive attitude and unprofessionalism. No more Fiesta III...I am looking for a new pizza place.
