Love the Flying Monkey
I can't believe I'm the first to review the Monkey. They have great great cupcakes and amazing oatmeal cream pies. The pies are my favorite. They're located in the heart of Reading Terminal Market, so they lack that cozy sit down bakery feel, but you cannot beat them. For the best tasting cupcake, allow it to warm to room temperature as they keep them in a cooler.
