    Good food bad drinks

Excellent lamb, Good pork, some beef good. Excellent salad bar. Outrages drinks. Instead of Gin-Tonic - Gin with seltzer. Some "famous" Brazilian drink was undrinkable.

Went here for the first time for my best friend's birthday late on a Saturday night (9 or 9:30). If you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse and enjoy eating and trying different foods, you have to come here! The meats were absolutely delicious, the salad bar was nice as well. It didn't have as many options as other brazilian steakhouses I've been to, but it was nice. Seating around and near the tables were a bit tight and congested feeling. I ordered a riesling off the menu, it was warm and not cold. Those would be my only few issues with the restaurant in terms of atmosphere and service. Did I mention that the meats were delicious?! Weeks after having gone there, I'm still thinking about the one piece of steak I had (not sure what cut it was) with just a few cracks of sea salt and the slight crunch from the outside of the steak. For the life of me, I wish I could remember what type of steak it was!! Everything was of a high quality, the polenta was amazing and the potatoes at the table were delicious as well. Everyone at my table wanted to try some of everything, and we did wait for everything. At the one point I had so much meat on my plate, I could no longer determine what was which, and that would be my biggest piece of advice: come with an appetite, but pace yourself so you can know what piece of meat it was that you liked (or didn't like) so much! I would probable stay clear of bringing children that are super young here, even though they eat for free, there isn't much for them to eat. My goddaughter loved the pasta, but didn't eat much of the chicken she normally loves. However, I left stuffed and completely satisfied, I ate so much that I didn't eat anything the next day! They have valet service that you can use to call your car to come to the front entrance when you're finished your meal, just try to call ahead of time. By the time we were ready, there was already a long wait. Overall, Fogo was very accommodating, making sure that the meats we were waiting for did come to our table. I would go here time and time again if my wallet and stomach could handle it!!

    A unique dining event

If you're looking for a dining experience different from most, this is it. The service is great. You're table is kept clear by anyone walking by. It is a great team effort by the staff. Someone is always checking with you to see if you need more drink. If you're card is green side up you'll never have to wait for a gaucho chef to come by with meat...they are on top of this. This is why you're here, for the meat. And it is salty, be prepared. If your mashed potato dish is empty, they'll put more on your table, you don't even have to ask. I struggle with 'value' for my dollar on this. Keep in mind "value' is subjective here. Look, this isn't a daily or even a weekly dining event for the average joe. Simply put, you'd go broke. The amount of food you're going to eat for what you're going to spend just isn't balanced (my opinion). You could get stuffed at 3 chain steakhouses for this price. You need to have the mindset that you're paying for the experience (so you can tell your friends "I did that") and atmosphere. I'd visit a place like this maybe once every two years.
