    Meat-tastic

I went to Fogo De Chao for my 21st birthday with my girlfriend, and it was definitely worth it. I probably ate 2 pounds of different cuts of beef and chicken, not including the fried polenta, plaintains and salad... Its a lot of fun, the atmosphere is vibrant, but we could still talk to each other without having to raise our voices, and the staff pretty much bent over backwards to accomodate us. More sides? Didn't even need to ask. Fresh plate? Right away. Wine suggestion? No problem. Its not someplace you eat every day, every week or every month. But for special events like anniversaries, birthdays, etc... its definitely worth going.

    Best dining experience...

This is the best entertaining and dining experience I've ever had. I've been there a few times since opening and the excellent service has not deminished at all. The salad bar is constantly restocked with the freshest meats, cheese, vegetables and salads. The meat is delicious and served in a style that can not be beat anywhere. You never have an empty glass or reason to wait for a waiter or for anything you want. They are always there. And the wines and drinks, again, can't be beat. One of the best eating experiences I've ever had. All I can say is, when you get there, get there hungry and you will leave totally satisfied.

Great food, almost too much service

The food was great. They have lots of different cuts and varieties of meats. The salad bar is pretty good too. There are plenty of servers walking around who offer you what they have on their skewer. The other wait staff was nice, but they actually came around too often (a rarity for a restaurant.) The building is an old bank and has big columns outside and high ceilings. Overall it's a great restaurant, but is also pretty expensive.

    Fantastic ***

I have dined at many Brazilian restaurants in my lifetime and Fogo de Chao is as good as any place I've eaten at. This place is not for people who don't like to eat, as well as those who don't like to eat different meats (an all-you-can-eat smorgasbord of rotisseried meats). This place rocks and the food is second to none. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unique dining experience.
