Best pizza in east falls
We tried all the neighborhood pizza places when we moved to this area & Franks is now our favorite place for pizza & wings. I love the crust especially.

Best in East Falls
Echoing everyone else who says this is the best place in the East Falls area. Perhaps one of the best in all of Philly - I will miss Frank's when I leave the area! Frank's Italian Hoagie is to die for.

The Professor and Maryann like Frank's
Small white pizza with extra anchovies. Frank's Italian sub or is it a hoagie? make it a grinder with aged provolone. Those honey-dipped fried chicken limbs. What else can I say? Too bad you can't eat it there, but then, maybe delivery or picking it up yourself and bringing it home to eat in your own home is the best...Great stuff! and great folks working there...For 10 years and more I watched Mills's grandkids grow on the pictures behind the counter...then I saw his eldest granddaughter there live, working behind the counter! This is a family, neighborhood, friendly place!

Average pizza, okay service
Look, this is a neighborhood joint, nothing fancy. The pizza is okay, nothing to drive out of your way for, but if you like cheese, you'll definitely get your money's worth. The sandwiches, however, are really good. The service is comparable to what you'd expect elsewhere in Philadelphia. I've never been treated rudely, but no one goes out of their way to be nice. If you want really good pizza, I'd suggest Soho. Go to Franks only if you're in the neighborhood. It's good, filling food and not too expensive.

Best food in the east falls area
First of all, the guy who had a horrible experience at Franks must have been a pain in their butt because I have ordered from there countless times and never had a problem. Friendly atmosphere and great food make this place the best to eat in East Falls. When you walk into Franks you feel like your part of the neighborhood. They are always nice and even give you extras if they like you!!! Great place to eat, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Poor experience
First of all I ordered a pizza with three toppings, I got one. I was charged for three. I called, they acted like I was lying, so I got in my car and drove there, mind you after I paid for a delivery and tipped him well, (even though he was ignoring me and talking on his cell phone) when I got there I showed them the pizza and they said what do you want me to do about it, with an attitude. I said I would like what I ordered. They told me no and to be satisfied with what I got. I was charged for three toppings, I did not recieve three toppings and I was not offered my money back or a store credit. Not like i would go back, my pizza was dry and needed salt. I asked them if this is how you treat your customers and the person at the counter bypassed my question and waited on the next customer. I left upset and being overcharged. I thought the customer was always right ? And belive it or not I was. I do not recommend!
